Jorge Ortiz & Ian Bergener were extremely professional and efficient when replacing my disposal and clearing a clogged drain as well as checking my dishwasher. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. I had a broken leg thus had to provide them with directions to main water shut off etc and they were left to complete the work without any assistance from me or directions only gave them what was happening and they worked on their own. While he was there I got a call from my tenant that there was a plumbing issue with the shower. Bruce went there immediately and assessed the situation. He was very clear about the work that needed to be done and gave an estimate. Again he completed the work quickly and thoroughly.

It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.
