I called First Response Plumbing after waking up in the morning to a dead water heater. Ilya was able to respond to my call within a couple hours and promptly (barely over an hour start to finish) replaced my water heater for a very reasonable price. I will be using First Response Plumbing again.

They came and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner, very Professional and pricing was fair.

Our kitchen sink had a clog that caused a back up and overflow mess all over the kitchen after running the garbage disposal. Roto-Rooter was easy to schedule, showed up on time with great communication about arrival time, and the two workers were very professional. Angel in particular was very friendly and took the time explain how the plumbing at my complex worked and how to prevent clogs in the future. Charles was great! And I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a plumber. Charles helped install a natural gas fire pit in my backyard which was originally supposed to be a quote. Charles' price was fair and he was ready to work. He was fast, friendly, professional and did an outstanding job with the work. By far, the most important thing is that the install was clean. Not sloppy or messy like other plumbers I have used in the past. 10/10, I will keep using Charles from here on out!

We had a bad experience with Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing Solutions. Bill came to look at our sinks, put caulking around them, charged us $85, and didn't fix the problem at all. Phone calls were not returned. After a month or so, we filed a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered by Bill Griggs. The woman who recommended Key Plumbing to us also ended up with shoddy worksmanship and no return calls. (We later paid a handyman $60 to replace both of our faucets and the sinks are working perfectly.) If Bill had simply called us back, we could have worked something out but he took our money and ran with it. I will avoid Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing in future.

We've used After Hours Plumbing & Drainage Services a couple times in the last few months -- once for a busted garbage disposal and another time for a frozen pipe -- and each time, Arthur was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We will definitely continue to use this service in the future.

We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

I had a water heater go out on me and I was left with no hot water -I panicked, I wasn't sure who to call, so I got a few estimates on how to go about the repair. My water heater was in a tight spot and due to the change in water heater sizes I was left with either building a room for a traditional style water heater in my home or switching to tankless. I didn't want to loose any space in my home so I decided to go with a tankless, and boy would you believe the quotes?!? I had received one company wanted almost $6500.00 dollars for the unit and install and the other company didn't seem to have enough knowledge about installing them. Colorado Plumbing Solutions had all the answers! Not only did they install the unit at a fair price, but they made sure the install was done correctly and they warranty the install and unit for 6 years. Which I liked as I'm not very handy when it comes to these things. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all respected me and my home thanks again for the great job!

Called around until I found ipc. Talk to the person on the phone which I believe was the owner and he sounded very honest in down to earth. He sent out a guy within a couple of hours to help us with our drain problem. Mark was the technician and he was extremely polite, especially when dealing with my Father's difficult to request s. In the end, my father was extremely satisfied and was very impressed by Mark's professionalism. My father insisted that I write this review for Mark. Thank you IPC.
