I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. There are grwat items in the store but there is so much clutter and stacked to the ceiling that you can not walk through the store or fully see the items.

Andrei M showed up on time, found what was needed and completed the job the same day. Easy to work with and answered all my questions. He also took care of the work space, covered the carpet and cleaned up after.

Gilbert was quick to respond and his pricing was extremely reasonable. On the day of the install, the sink we purchased was barely too big to fit into the countertop. Gilbert and his son got creative, made everything work in the end, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Quality Plumbing more if you're in the neighborhood.

Couldn’t be happier I called IIya to fix a reoccurring drain issue with our kitchen sink. He made it out with a few hours and had the problem was fixed within the hour. We would like to commend Jonathan for the plumbing work he did on our 83 year old house in Lakewood. The morning he came he had to work around an excavation being done on our sewer line. The bathroom sink pipes and drain went into the wall so he had to completely rerout those fixtures. Then he went out of his way to locate a new sink for us that would fit the opening in the counter. He also installed a new line to an outdoor faucet and a new house cut off valve. He worked without a break until 7 o'clock that evening. We now have new plumbing on that area of the house. Absolutely hands down the best company around. Dave is knowledgeable, friendly and a really good guy. We hired him 15+ years ago to help out with issues at our first home. That property became a rental and we moved into a much larger home. When we eventually had issues here, of course we called Dave. He never once let us down or did we ever feel overcharged. In fact, quite the opposite. We've been telling him for years that he should raise his rates. His kind of pride in workmanship is priceless. Ultimately our house was replumbed and got new toilets and taps all around. YAY! Strong water pressure🐳

Told me he would not install toilet today. I had a guarantee the toilet would be installed today. Told his manager I blocked him with my car. I told manager a witness was here. Manager did not believe me. Unbelievable. I have no doubt you only post positive comments. Probably other employees.

This was our first time using Defense Plumbing and they were fantastic!

They were able to get us scheduled same day even for a non-emergency call.

They kept in touch through out the process to let us know when the plumber would arrive , and were right on time.

The estimate was fast and fair and Janson did great work and explained exactly what was needed to complete the job.

Janson was quick and thorough and very friendly. He very quickly fixed the problem and told us that the work was guaranteed if there were any issues.

Great company and Janson was very professional and forthcoming explaining the problem, and the fix required..

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
