The plumber from Mile high plumbing repair was VERY professional, on time, and worked clean and efficiently! I would HIGHLY recommend calling this company for plumbing needs. My husband and I hired Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc to finish our basement, and their team did an impressive job. We are happy with our decision to hire them. I would use TCF for small emergency plumbing issues, but not for anything else.
They ended up having to come back and dig up the work they did because they did not pull a permit for the work - we only found out because another contractor hired to work on a different section of our basement told us they couldn't start work unless the previous work had passed inspection (for liability reasons). When we asked TCF for the permit, they tried to give us a million excuses, telling us they didn't need it, that they could submit the permit with photos, and that they were friends with the inspector. Inspector had no idea who these people even were and photos did not suffice. They worked with us to solve the issue, but the fact that they didn't know the code and tried to gaslight us out of a permit was really sketchy.

This team's water heater repair service was quick and cost-effective, courtesy of this fantastic crew. Totally satisfied.

Great guys, working hard to produce great results quicker than I thought they could get it done. Simply because we got started so late in the day. They had the drain scoped, cabled and cleared all in the same night after 5:30. Devin, Angel & Aladdin were courteous, careful, conscientious in their work, and cleaned up when they were finished.
I was happy to have their high level of knowledge, good work ethic and enthusiasm applied to analyzing, and fixing our main waste line problems. Thank you each for your part in getting our drains flowing again.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Driver yelled learn to drive at me as he passed. I was in the right-hand lane of a 3 lane road for a reason: my terrified-of-everything dog was trying to climb over me into the back seat. The Christopher's Plumbing truck tailgated me for the less than one mile of the road before the driver yelled as I turned off. Terribly unprofessional.

Darn, after 10+years of using Elite, they have started to hire extremely sub par plumbers. Took three tries and a flooded laundry room before they could get a simple washer/dryer hook up right. Too bad Elite.

We needed an emergency plumber (aka day of) and Benjamin Franklin plumbing couldn't come until the following day! Why advertise emergency service?. Thankfully we found immediate help with Rooter Town plumbing service.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
