Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. We had a problem with the old wiring between our thermostat and the furnace. We called Tipping hat. Josh came out the same day, found the issue, ran new wire, and made sure everything was working properly. Fast service, great quality, and very responsive. We don’t call anyone else. Aladdin and Angel were wonderful! We had a very difficult kitchen sink clog in our condo, which is in an old historic building with unusual plumbing. They showed up to our place on time and we’re very friendly and professional. It turned out that the clog was all the way down at the main line, about 50 feet from our condo on the third floor. They worked extremely hard to unclog the line, including re-tooling their equipment and making multiple attempts. They were able to successfully clear the line, and we were so relieved. We would definitely recommend their services and are very pleased!

Steve did an excellent job! He arrived on time, did a full review of all our plumbing and fixed everything we had requested plus one additional issue he caught. We never felt upsold...just taken care of. He was very tidy and worked quickly while explaining everything he was doing. He even tolerated well our overly friendly kitty. We had a full estimate before he began the work and he did a walk through with us after he finished. All in all a wonderful, professional job. We're very pleased.

This company has gotten me out of a semi-emergency situation TWICE on a few hours' notice. Our sewer connection has a dip in it from settling and sometimes our house stops draining to the sewer main as a result. Two years ago, this happened when I had a house guest and my wife was very pregnant. Eric & Co showed up within hours of my phone call. They charged a fair price to hot-jet and sanitize our line. At that time I learned from Eric that we would likely need the same service performed in about two years. He was right. Just over two years later our sewer line stopped up. I called them, and again, and the same day, a three man crew of Eric, Jim and Adam showed up to clean our line as well as fix a bathtub clog. In under 40 minutes they were here and gone and our stress was relieved by their efficient work. This company is honest, genuinely nice, and communicates well. This kind of service is rare with contractors in the Denver area these days. Also, hot-jetting may be slightly more expensive than roto-rooting, but it is worth it! Why cork-screw through the problem when you can clear literally everything out of your drains?

I, too, have had confusion betwen this company and the other similarly named Candlelight. This one on Kalamath is the good one. They do plumbing, HVAC and electrical. I doubt they are the cheapest, but they are by far the most professional and accommodating company I have every dealt with. No stranger to doing the work myself, they have never tried to pull one over on me (nor my wife who knows nothing about these kinds of things). After some bad dealings with low-ball companies, I have had them do about 5 jobs, from small maintenance to a large renovation, and will not use anyone else. They will try to sell you a service plan which I have found is worth every cent since it works for all services (it gives you a percentage off every visit, waived trip charges even for weekends and after-hours, better time windows, and free annual furnace cleaning and electrical inspection). Depending on how much work you need, it may pay for itself on the first visit.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

The technician who came out was very pleasant to work.with. he quickly looked over my furnance and water heater, and gave several options for fixing. It was very stressful for me but he walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the options I had and offered follow up help for the next day to deal with one problem that required different treatments. Overall I was very happy with the service I received from Mr. C Luna.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
