Will be avoiding this company at all coats after a horrible experience. Done Plumbing misquoted the work to be done and then charged double what we were told it would be. They were not helpful when explaining services or issues, rude when asked questions and did not provide the overall professional experience we were hoping for.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. I had to replace my boiler/hot water heater and had a high-efficiency combi-boiler installed. This required complete removal of my current system and install of new one. From start to finish Michael Lia explained everything and kept constant communication with me. Michael had lots of knowledge and I never once felt pressured into anything. Once work started, every person on each crew of electricians and plumbers were respectful and courteous along with being neat and always kept their workspace cleaned. I was never out of water or electricity for any extended period of time which was very impressive given the work I had done. JJ, Noe, & Chris did a great job with my attic fan install as well and kept me in the loop on all things involved including electrical on the boiler install. Juan & Joe always asked permission to do things and where I wanted certain things like thermostat installs and CO/Fire detector systems amongst various other things. They even moved their work vehicles when I asked for my neighbor with no issue or attitude when they had to stop work to do so. Finally, Floyd is as good as it gets with boiler installs. All the work is crisp and looks amazing (soldering looks amazing and so does the copper against the black wall, nice touch). I feel he went above and beyond with how I wanted it to look an built for my future basement finishing project. I can tell Floyd loves what he does as he took meticulous care in constructing this system not only for operability but with future maintenance in mind. I am so impressed with Tipping Hat and specifically the group they sent out to work on my system and so grateful for this install and future work on any of my heating, plumbing, and electrical needs. I highly recommend this company as they also have great deals on financing if needed.

I have used Swans for the last several years for my heating and A/C needs. Each employee does a great job. Today I had Moe..Amazing young man. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Charged $670 for a $125 service call. Did not diagnose or resolve the issue. By the time I realized I was being scammed I had already agreed to the work.

I contacted golden west to receive a HVAC estimate for a client of mine. Let me just say this was such a seamless, easy and fluid process. I experienced a friendly morning call/reminder, followed by a punctual arrival of my technician Carlos, Instantly I was impressed by his attention to detail, thorough work and his ability to explain the steps in a way that I am now more knowledgeable and will have the ability to better explain the procedure of a furnace swap to future clients. Carlos went as far as to give me multiple options (3) and to inspect and give recommendations/ estimates on other outdated components not initially requested. If you are seeing this review, just know I too was not sure about what company’s I could trust and that would provide good service. That all changed thanks to Carlos and the ladies at the office. All I could say is thank you!

Jerid was exceptional at diagnosing our leak. He was very clear with us about what it would take to resolve our issue and did a fantastic job including cleaning up the workspace after the job was completed. It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.
