The new hot and cold water lines will never rust and will keep my drinking water clean for as long as a I live here! My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

We used this company to do some fixes on our townhome following some issues after our inspection. Tracey scheduled our first appointment for Friday, Oct 28 - they never arrived. Called and spoke to Tracey again .. said they'd make it right and come first thing Saturday morning - never arrived. I called at 1pm (Oct 29) to ask if they intended to come at any point during the day. Got a “oh so sorry we’ll get you taken care of” comment. When they finally arrived, they gave us two quotes for two separate issues: $250 for cleaning main drain and $125 for a new PRV & pressure check. Set an apt for them to come back to complete the two fixes for Fri, Nov 4. Ben and Gary came out, fixed the two issues and then charged us $750. Not at all what was agreed upon. We also have never received the report we asked for to show the items were fixed. Nor have we received a video that shows the clear drain, which we explicitly asked for. Company does not appear responsive to the needs of the clients. Very, very disappointed and will not use them again.

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I don’t write reviews, mostly because they seem to take up a lot of time, but I have to give praise when it’s deserved. I had our kitchen sink garbage disposal clog up. Which means I couldn’t wash dishes or do laundry bc that waterline is connected. This happened today, Wednesday! Yes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called Elite Rooter Denver and got an appointment with Austin the same day. They gave me a time window of 4-6pm. Austin showed up at 2:20pm and called when he was 10 minutes out. Check and check! Came in and was done with the project in 35 minutes. Ohh and not only was it fast and easy, but the price was unbelievable! Austin has won over my business and I will continue to contact him directly for any future problems. Very, very impressed. He did such a good job I figured I would do something I never do and write a 5 STAR review for a job well done!

Thank you again, Austin! I’m toasting in your name tomorrow at Thanksgiving.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
