Paul did a great job explaining everything to us. Out floor drain under our washer and dryer clogged and flooded parts of our basement. It was wonderful service. They called and let me know a half an hour before they would arrive. Paul was fast, efficient, and friendly. I only gave four stars because I felt the $359.00 was a little steep. But it comes with a 6 month warranty, so that softened the blow a bit.

I had some work done at my house and used RGs plumbing. They are outstanding. Excellent customer service.

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

I only have positive comments about the professionalism and skill that Scott with Dam Good Plumbing had in resolving the request that we had related to needing the CSST bonded (grounded). The owner/administrator, Jaclyn Jacki McKay was always so friendly and helpful with scheduling and she did a very prompt follow-up to assure that we had the documentation we required to show completion of work.

Will not use Home Depot again for any plumbing needs. The installer said my hot water tank install would not pass county inspection because of the exhaust pipe distance from gas line. He should have fixed it so it would pass. Horrible way to run a company.
