Woke up one day and my kitchen ceiling was leaking water. I reached out to one of my FB groups and Bruce was recommended by three people. My husband gave him a call that evening and he was able to come out the following morning.

He found and fixed the problem within an hour! He worked fast and diligently, had tons of knowledge of what he was doing, and even offered support/advice for any future plumbing issues we may have. He also does landscaping! We will be hiring him soon to cut down some trees/fix up our yard.

I want to give a shout out to the good people at JD's. Two years ago Tony installed a new high efficiency hot water heater in my home after the old one failed. They resolved the issue on the same day I called, which was a blessing.

Fast forward to today, when it appeared there was a leak coming from the heater. I called JD's and was disappointed to learn that they were short-handed and would be unable to come out for several days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I ended the call in a huff and made arrangements with another company that was able to come out on short notice. While waiting for that company, Taylor at JD's called back to say she was able to schedule Tony to come to my home late today. Because I had already scheduled another company, I declined her generous offer and thanked her for the extra effort on my behalf. This would have been plenty to satisfy me that they were doing their best for a good customer.

So it was extra impressive when Tony then called and asked if we could FaceTime the problem so he could diagnose it for me. We did, and it was determined that the problem was not with the water heater, but with the furnace condensate pump located next to it. Tony spent extra time on the phone with me to explain the problem and potential solutions, even though another company had been called and the problem was not covered by the warranty with JD's since it wasn't caused by the water heater. I'm so impressed with the extra effort these folks took on my behalf. Hat's off, JD's!

AAARK has taken good care of us for years. When our furnace went out in January shortly after buying our home, they had a new one installed at a reasonable price before we froze. And when our original air conditioner stopped cooling our home in the middle of a hot summer, they again quickly got us going and cooled down. And once again, on the coldest day in January when the heat stopped working, they came to our rescue right away and educated me on the value of regular maintenance. A little cleaning and we are good to go again. I highly recommend this company. They’re fast, respectful of property and reasonably priced. Thanks for taking good care of us!

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

I have had him over twice. He works alone i have a long line. He did a good job. I avoid the big companies who send the young and in experienced over. It's usually a disaster.

Lowell was great! We were desperate for a plumber after both our showers started leaking. Lowell was super responsive and was able to come out the next day. Lowell quickly diagnosed the problem and offered helpful suggestions. His prices were very reasonable and we are happy that we ended up finding him! Would definitely recommend.

Ben had fantastic knowledge. He is an expert in the field. Nothing is cheap with plumbing but I felt a little better after he explained everything he was doing and helped me understand the plumbing in an old house. Would highly recommend.
