Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.

Just want to say this company is great to work with. They're responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me with sewer inspections and unclogging my sewer line. Since i wanted to alleviate my concern of future root infiltration to my sewer line, I decided to have them replace most of my sewer line using the pipe bursting method; a method that works very well and saved me a lot of yard repair and potential root damage to the tree we have in our front yard. The pricing was fair, the work was done well and completed in one day. I definitely recommend this company.

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

Bill Griggs the owner and his employees did a great job at fixing my sink drain and my leaky toilet at reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

I had hammering in old pipes, Efran was very prompt and friendly. Worked to solve the problem and was reasonably priced. Efran is a second generation master plumber and I highly recommend him and Drain Pro Plumbing.

The crew was very knowledgeable and communicative. Having an older house, there were a few things to figure out once they got going. They worked with me every step of the way. Very professional crew.After the install was complete, there were a few issues that came up with different areas having leaks. They were able to come out the same day I called with an issue to take care of it. Very good customer service.If I had to be critical, I'd say that the cleanliness could have been a little better. While they did try to clean up after themselves, I did notice a good amount of debris left over. Not sure if that was because they were in a hurry, but could have been cleaned up a bit better. I know that removing drywall is a messy ordeal, but a little more site prep could have gone a long way so that my wife and I didn't have to sweep and dust as much as we did. I had mentioned this to the estimator that came out. I would have been able to put down the protection if needed, but I was assured that they would take necessary precautions.All-in-all, though, I am very happy with the quality of work and overall experience. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend to anyone looking to have similar work done or just need a trustworthy plumbing company.

I called a few different plumbers but none of them could come because of it was too late or no one is available. When I call Mr. Bruce, he was very nice and said he is coming soon. He did come and fixed the drain. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very professional. These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon).
