Erick did a fantastic job. Not only was he able to come out on the same day I called in, he was very professional and kind, and of course he fixed our plumbing issues without any hiccups. Just had some plumbing repairs done by Adams Plumbing, Bath tub faucet replacement and regulator valve, shut off valve replacement. Mr. Chlopek was very professional and prompt. Thomas the owner of TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very prompt. He responded to our request for AC repair immediately and saved us from a miserably hot day. He provided an incredible service, made sure we were completely satisfied, and was reasonably priced. He was very respectful of our house and very clean. He also made good suggestions on other things but was not pushy about them. We will for sure call Thomas again if we need more maintenance or work.

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

They are just awful, I filed a BBB complaint because of it. First, they de-winterized a house for me and burst a pipe because they sent a technician that didn't know how to do it properly. While the water was flooding my house he took his sweet time to mosey on down to the basement and turn it off. 3 of my 1st floor rooms were flooded. The technician got very snippy when I asked him to document the damage, so that I could hold them liable if anythingwas permanent. Then he said the earliest he could come in was at 7:30 on Monday (2 days away) I broke my neck to get myself and my twin boys out to our house only to have to call at 7:45 because the technician still wasn't there. The woman that answered the phone said that there is no way that the technician told me 7:30 because they wouldn't be there until 9 or 10! She then called me a liar.....

All in all, save your money and time and skip this company.

I count on Horizon sending a qualified, professional tech to my home for service. In most cases I have seen them before and welcome them back.

We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.
