CCI is the plumber you want to call! no BS emergency charge, no show up & tell it is going to cost some ridiculous amount. Took my call early AM, had a guy out with-in the hour, normal rates & honest about time & material. So many plumbing outfits try to stick it to you but these guys will do you right. Tell all your friends cause eventually we are all going to need a plumber & it will be nice to have an honest organization in your phonebook to call & not the one that is going to take advantage of the situation to bilk you.

They are just awful, I filed a BBB complaint because of it. First, they de-winterized a house for me and burst a pipe because they sent a technician that didn't know how to do it properly. While the water was flooding my house he took his sweet time to mosey on down to the basement and turn it off. 3 of my 1st floor rooms were flooded. The technician got very snippy when I asked him to document the damage, so that I could hold them liable if anythingwas permanent. Then he said the earliest he could come in was at 7:30 on Monday (2 days away) I broke my neck to get myself and my twin boys out to our house only to have to call at 7:45 because the technician still wasn't there. The woman that answered the phone said that there is no way that the technician told me 7:30 because they wouldn't be there until 9 or 10! She then called me a liar.....

All in all, save your money and time and skip this company.

Great plumbers that are trustworthy and professional. I have used them 2 x now and will use then again.
