I worked with Alex from Water Heater Experts Plumbing, he was awesome!! One of the most important aspects I value when working with folks is communication, Alex was great at this. He let me know when he was going to arrive, sent me a text when he was close and we kept in communication during the work and the follow up visit. The quality of work Alex did was top of the line. He did not rush the work nor was he slow at all. He took his time and did the job right. It is rare when you find someone that takes that much pride in their work these days I highly endorse Alex and the folks at Water Heater Experts Plumbing.

Chris, Jeff sand Tony were the most professional and amazing workers I have ever used! The last 2 days had temperatures of 100 degrees. We have no air conditioning in our house and these guys and the crews they used were unwavering in their efforts to replace our sewer pipes. Today’s Chris was at our home from 8:30 am until 6:30 tonite to finish our very challenging sewer problems. I give them and King Rooter my highest recommendation.

Charles was great! And I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a plumber. Charles helped install a natural gas fire pit in my backyard which was originally supposed to be a quote. Charles' price was fair and he was ready to work. He was fast, friendly, professional and did an outstanding job with the work. By far, the most important thing is that the install was clean. Not sloppy or messy like other plumbers I have used in the past. 10/10, I will keep using Charles from here on out!

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
