I was extremely pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of this company. Alex and Vince do great work. We were fortunate that we didn’t have an emergency, but when I called Alex came out the same day and we had a new water heater three days later. Another thing I like is their website, it’s clean, crisp and easy to navigate. Alex was thorough in his explanation of product options, warranty and permit info. Vince was respectful of our home and COVID Protocols and was very safety conscious when it came to the natural gas hook up.

I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didn't have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasn't needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief.
