I want to share my recent experience. I am the sole caregiver for my 89 yr old Mother who lives with me under home hospice care. Yesterday morning the hot water in the tub/shower wouldn't shut off. As it was running a good amount, I had to shut the water off to the house. I called Christopher's & explained my situation. Within 20 mins of my call James was at my home & fixed the faucet. I am so very grateful to Bob & Dave for prioritizing my work and for having such understanding & compassion. May they be rewarded many times over.

Jeff, “Mr. Plumber,” was easy to communicate with, easy to schedule with, and arrived promptly. He was thoroughly professional in his approach, wasted no time in the work he did, and provided a good fix at a reasonable price.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job educating me on how the heating and a/c systems generally worked and how my particular system was working. He took the time to do this step-by-step. He performed the maintenance per the service I requested. I look forward to a long relationship with Swan.

I needed help moving a gas line that was preventing us from sliding our new electric range into place. Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.

I've not a seen a company more committed to providing good service, which can be especially rare for plumbers. They've always been on time and courteous.

Zack was great, we had a mistaken frozen pipe (turned out to just be dead batteries on our facuet, doh), but he was courteous and checked a few other things before he confirmed that was the only culprit. He communicated well, was able to come out ~24 hours after we called, and was a super nice guy.

Benjamin Franklin as a company was quick to reply when I initially inquired about services, I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and Cristi arrived promptly. Cristi was incredibly professional and courteous throughout. He wore a mask, gloves, and booties; explained newfound issues to me as they were discovered; itemized the cost of repairs so I knew what I was getting into before work started, and had a pleasant demeanor during the entire process. All of my plumbing issues were fixed before when he was done. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin's services again, and would request Cristi for all future work if possible! Highly recommend.

Quickly repaired everything with what looks to be great skill! Even fixed a leak on a pipe that was found the day of other repairs. Responsive and friendly as well which always makes the task of home repair much more pleasant. Recommend Defense for sure and will hire again if something else needs doing

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!
