I called and Kelly picked up and we had a pleasant conversation. I had a fairly urgent situation, and she felt good about stating that Travis would show around 2:30 after another job, and that is exactly what happened. He was thorough in his explanation of how he was going to do the repair and proceeded to do so efficiently and professionally.

I am not giving 5 stars because there was an issue that I felt could have been slightly better handled, but after some discussion back and forth with Kelly the next day, we did come to a resolution, which I appreciated very much.

In our 30 years of using plumbers, we have found those employed by Denver Plumbing to be the best. Both of them were prompt, thorough in their examination of the problem, and courteous throughout the entire process of replacing our old toilet with a brand new one. We are quite pleased with their performance. They are also a pleasure to collaborate with.

Jony and Juan were prompt, professional and extremely accommodating. The work was done quickly and for a competitive price, better than other companies we received estimates from. The problem we had was fixed efficiently and we received a 3 month warranty. We were very satisfied with the service provided!

They did a great job! I had a pipe that busted, called them and they were there in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I will definitely use them in the future. They do bathroom remodeling as well, which i also need done soon; and i plan on calling them up for the job.

I have had Blue Sky come out for a variety of heating and cooling work, and every single person has been exceptional, as with the quality of work. When an on call technician is coming over in the snow on a Sunday morning and he’s thanking me for having him over - that says something about the company.

Tony from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out today to assist me with an issue. He was amazing. As a woman I sometimes feel like Im being taken advantage of by repair people. However, Tony was the complete opposite of my previous experiences with repair people. He was so respectful, responsive, knowledgeable and communicative. I will absolutely return to the company for my future needs and will always as if Tony can be my representative. Im so pleased with today’s experience.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Sewer related problems are never fun - especially the costs involved. However my experience working with Golden West Plumbing was excellent - from beginning to end. Jose (the lead) and his team Alex & Felix were timely, courteous, friendly, and kept the job site orderly and clean. Working out & through the details of the job - Jose was an active listener - he always fielded my questions & concerns, he proactively kept me informed on how the job was going, and always interacted with me and executed the job in a professional manner. Jose also made sure everything was left to my satisfaction - returning to the house to ensure the re-lay of the carpet was done to completion when we experienced a minor hiccup with the carpet re-stretching. As a reviewer of this company, I cannot speak to their cost competitiveness. Due to the timeliness of this job - I did not get several quotes as I normally do with house projects. However, regarding the customer service and overall experience - Jose & his team went above and beyond my expectations and that to me is worth a lot.
