These guys are good and very professional. Showed up exactly as planned, did the work within the promised schedule, did the work correctly (solving problems that other had introduced), and handled spur-of-the-moment changes perfectly. Very good communication skills as well.

I recommend them, for what that’s worth, working on remodels.

Done has provided excellent service based around my needs and budget. They may charge a bit more than some local outfits, but you definitely get what you pay for with DONE. I've had very good interactions at all levels of their business and when I've had emergency needs they have made it happen. Can't recommend them more highly.

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Benjamin is very helpful, knowledge, and most important, honest. I will definitely call him again if I need any more plumbing help.

It was a holiday and I randomny picked Quality plumbing to call. Mostly they answered the phone promptly while other places did not. We had water coming into our basement from our sprinkler system and Gilbert was wonderful. He face-timed with me and we solved the problem. He didn't even charge me. But just having someone responsive on a holdiay in an emergency was a lifesaver. If I ever do have another plumbing issue I'm calling Quality plumbing right away.

Outstanding Company! Paul was amazing. On Time, fair prices and super personable, concerned about the project. He installed a new facet and reverse osmosis system in our kitchen.
I was very impressed, that after the service he called to check on us 3 times to make sure the project was working and not giving us any trouble.

After a not so great experience with another company, King Rooter and Plumbing came to my rescue. They answered my call on short notice and installed a water heater at half the price of what I was quoted by a competitor. Their prices are fair, their service great, and their staff very friendly and knowledgable. I truly apprecaite Al and the thorough job he did! Thanks again for the great experience.

I made an appointment on Sunday and was given a 4 hour window. I was called twice to tell me that they were busy and didn't have any idea when someone could arrive. It was an hour past the 4 hour window arrive time and the guy on the phone seemed miffed that I was asking when someone would arrive. Since he did not know, I chose to reschedule for the next day and was given another 4 hour window time slot. No one showed up the next day either but I was called and told I would be next. At 430pm (a half hour past the window) I was told someone could come but it would be awhile because of traffic. Since I had to work that evening and I had already waited 2 days for someone to show up, I cancelled. That night I had a sewage flood in my basement. Don't bother with roto rooter. Call Garvins. They're much more dependable.

I cannot say enough good things about Elite. I am really shocked at some of the reviews below. For my experience it was easy to make my appointment online. My schedule changed on the day of my appointment so I called to adjust my time and they were really nice and helpful. The techs that came out were kind and courteous. They explained the drain issues in a way that I understood. They explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. I felt well informed and they fixed issue quickly. They also showed me some possible upcoming issues with my drain and some preventative measures I could take. They left no mess and kept plastic under all of their equipment to keep my floors safe. Do yourself a huge favor and use Elite for your plumbing needs!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.

Recently I had my sewer lines backup into the house. NEVER a pleasant experience. I did my diligence and researched everything I could about this. I had another company come and try to clear the line and got a quote for more extensive work because they were unable to clear the line. Then I called Swan to have a second option and quote. I wish I had called them first! Roger came out to try and clear the line with no success. Jon Miller came out, used the camera to understand the scope of the problem and explained in detail what was going on and explain my options. I greatly appreciate his expertise which helped me make a solid decision that would work best for me. I am not a Band-Aid fix kind of person, I would rather fix it correctly and avoid issues down the road. Jon and his team did an excellent job in replacing the entire line to the city mainline. I had older pipes of clay and after researching this as well, replacing the entire line would be the only way to ensure I wouldn’t have to deal with this again. Since I was unable to have any water go down the drain, Jon went to the extent of trying to see if he could move another appointment in attempts to get my job done sooner. Having two little ones and not being able to use the restroom, laundry or shower etc., he understood the difficulty I was facing. Seldom do you find a company that treats you like family, but Jon and his crew did just this. I cannot say enough about Jon, Swan and the professionals they hire. I appreciated Jon keeping me updated as they worked through the various stages of replacing the pipes. Once they were finished, all my rocks and everything was put back exactly as they found it. I highly recommend Swan and my only suggestion would be not to waste your time or money calling anyone else. Go straight to the professionals, Jon will give you all the information so you can make the best decision that works for you. That’s how it should be and how all companies should be run. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Jon for taking care of everything. (I won’t state the name of the other company, but they did not explain everything, they were pressuring me and what they quoted was significantly more than what Jon quoted for the same work.)
