7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. Gave a host of good tips for the house as the house was vacant for years before i moved in. Very satisfied w the work they did, the attention they gave me, and i'll see them next weekend for a new sink installation! Thanks again Pete! You all have been great!

I called around 9 am to schedule service and there was already a tech in the area. Gilbert showed up promptly and assessed the situation. He was courteous and listened to my water heater concerns. The work was done quickly and Gilbert explained the issue and the repairs he made. Lastly, he gave me tips on how to keep the water heater in working order. This is my second time using Done Plumbing and Heating and have been satisfied both times.

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

They were great to work with from the first phone call. The office staff is amazing! The technician showed up promptly and fixed an outdoor spigot which was leaking into the basement. The tech also suggested installing a sump pump in our basement, which saved us from having our basement flood when we had heavy rains. They are now our go to for any plumbing issues!

Gilbert is the absolute man. I called him this evening and he was able to help me out over the phone. He didn't even ask me for any money. Most plumbers would have charged a service fee just to come out, instead he just walked me through something to try and helped me diagnose the problem. Now next time I have a real issue I know exactly who I'm going to call first since I trust him not to rip me off.

It was actually cheaper than what he had quoted as he is very honest in his work and did not charge for services that were not necessary. I am amazed truly at how professional and considerate and thorough he was. 100% satisfied. Keaton is truly a great asset to the company. The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

If I could give them a negative number I would. I have made multiple (too many) phone calls requesting a corrected invoice so that my insurance company will reimburse me for the $11,000 dollars I paid them to fix a sewer line. State Farm has also made the requests. I just keep getting the runaround. I have used Royal Rooter many times in the past and they have always been excellent. Elite Rooter has been very UNreliable!!!

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

Highly unprofessional

Driver yelled learn to drive at me as he passed. I was in the right-hand lane of a 3 lane road for a reason: my terrified-of-everything dog was trying to climb over me into the back seat. The Christopher's Plumbing truck tailgated me for the less than one mile of the road before the driver yelled as I turned off. Terribly unprofessional.

Had appointment scheduled for 2 weeks to have my boiler checked and cleaned. The appointment was canceled the day of and I was blamed for not answering my phone as for the reason the company could not reschedule me in a timely manner. So rude and unprofessional to blame the customer when the technician is the reason for canceling. Not reliable when I need work done in order to complete the sale of my house. F- for these losers who don't care about anything but money.
