Justin H installed a new AC unit for us, and he did a top-notch job! Plumbline has been affected by the post-Covid societal issues like every other business, but if you can hang in there past the bureacracy and staffing issues, their HVAC techs (such as Justin H) are excellent. I am awarding 5 stars for the technical expertise and the professionalism. Plumbline is expen$ive, but they were available and their warranty and product line is excellent.

Tyler from Swan rescheduled 'on the fly' in the AM to arrive at 2:00 rather than 1:00 PM. That worked great for my schedule!Tyler did a great job cleaning and inspecting my furnace and water heater and then went above and beyond to install a humidifier pad on my unit. He also demonstrated exactly how to set my thermostat to disable the auto circulate setting during my overnight settings.In addition Tyler also took the extra time to check my booster fan pressure switch, remote it, and got it working!Thanks for a great check up!Darwin

Charles did a great job with helping me figure out a plumbing issue that I had with my bathroom pipes. He responded to my call quickly and was able to replace the problem pipe in the same day. Adam was great and got my HVAC fixed in no time. The heat is no joke! HVAC's repairs are not cheap but I was pleasantly surprised with how fairly everything was priced.

We had our furnace go out right as temperatures were plummeting toward negative numbers on a Friday night. When I called Aaark they answered right away and within minutes connected me to Travis who arrived within the hour. Our furnace was repaired that evening. We knew we needed to replace our 20+ year furnace soon. Due to the high level of expertise and professionalism displayed by both the company and Travis we decided a few months later to have them replace our furnace. Travis and his team did a fantastic job and we are exceptionally happy!!

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!
