I called Plumbline services to repair A/C unit for the problem of not blowing cold air. A technician from the company arrived on time. After he inspected both inside and outside unit, he explained there was wire connection problem between thermostat and outside condenser unit and drain tube to be replaced. The total comes out as $767 after firstdiagnosis without detailed break down of the work. I agreed to continue.After he worked on the wires and drain tube, he came with other problems. The technician said that total repair cost could be up to $10,000. After he was done with wires and drain tube, he said there were lots of more problems with my A/C unit including old refrigerant, not being manufactured anymore and the condenser blower fan is stuck.I understood he might find other problems after his first repair. However, the old refrigerant and blower fan problem should be notice at his first diagnosis. My outside A/C unit was located at the roof top, so he needed to use ceiling access with ladder to get to the roof top. And he charged $205 for that as limited access fee.After the second diagnosis, he recommended to install new A/C unit. I agreed with the technician and called another person from the company to get an estimate for the new unit. After spending some time, the new A/C unit consultant said that Plumbline services was not able to install new A/C unit due to the old lay out of my furnace inside A/C unit area. I wasted over $760 for nothing.

Edit- i’ve used Befort for three or four different occasions now and each time has been nothing but excellent. I will call nobody else but them !! Great prices, even better work!! Anytime I’ve had to call, Jessica has been nothing but helpful and very friendly in every situation, I look forward to calling anytime. Marcus has been out at least on three occasions and is very professional, on time, and his work is hands-down amazing.

Big John was professional and was able to go out of his way to find a way to fix my plumbing and not have to get a new tub. 2 previous companies wouldn’t even try without installing a new tub. I am so glad I called Befort!!! 100 stars ⭐️

Set up an appointment last Tuesday for an appointment today, 8 days later on the following Wednesday, to fix a leaking garbage disposal.90 minutes before they were due to show up, they canceled by text, due to too many emergency calls.If you are looking to potentially be deprioritized as a customer, call them. It also seems that plumbing is not one of their primary focuses as a business.

Easy to Schedule! Called because I had water coming from a sump pump and he detected a cracked pipe and took care of spigot replacement while he was there too. Fast and fair price. Have previously used and will call again.

I needed the pipes going to and from the water heater changed and I used Elite Drains and plumbing. The contractor was very polite, bought all the materials and showed me the receipts. He changed the pipes and finished the job in 2 hours. I am very happy with the overall service.

These folks are awesome! Called about a sink in the basement that wasn’t draining. Got an appointment right away. Jacob was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It is an older home with old and new plumbing and he worked his way through all of it to solve the problem. Cleaned everything up afterwards and even recommended another step to avoid future problems. Can’t say enough positive things about the company or it’s people. Very satisfied and impressed. David is amazing! We recently bought a house that needed some plumbing repairs/work. David was able to get me an initial quote and scheduled very easily. He showed up on time, was respectful, cleaned after himself and was very thorough. He did not try and add things on that weren’t necessary, kept us informed on his progress and reviewed his work with us after he finished. He will be our go to plumber going forward. I called Blue Sky for a repair on my furnace. Steven came to my home 15 minutes earlier than quoted (much appreciated). He came in quickly repaired my furnace and reinstated heat to my home. He was very polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company and will absolutely use them again. Great job Blue Sky!

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.
