Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Denver CO

Barely passable as a plumbing company. No consideration for cleaning up, left a mess behind. Did not properly install the water heater and had continually lost items during the install. Would not recommend.

I'm so glad I found Hyper Flow thanks to all the positive reviews, and happy now to add one of my own. I had a leak in my basement that was sewage pipe-related, and that's about all I knew. After dealing with three useless plumbers from my home warranty company, I called up Hyper Flow to come look at the problem and Jake was here the next day.

Jake looked around in my basement and within a few minutes he already had everything mapped out and knew what to do -- which pipes were in the wall and where, which pipes were below ground and where they connected. It was like he had a 3rd eye that could see through concrete, and he gave me a proposal what what should be done to fix the problem. It was a jackhammer job that required excavating the basement, which is exactly what I was hoping it wasn't going to be, but after the consultation I felt confident that Hyper Flow was going to handle it correctly.

Less than a week later, Jake and his crew showed up and knocked out the job within about 6 hours. They were very respectful of my property -- being sure to lay tarps on the ground to cover up their footprints (Jake was also the only contractor I've had in my house who bothered to wear booties over his shoes during the consultation). Jake went over everything again with me after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. This sewer excavation was a walk in the park for them -- something that the previous plumbers I had been assigned through my warranty company were not equipped to do.

I also got a chance to speak to Kyle, Jake's cousin, a couple of times. He did me a huge favor by getting on the phone with my home warranty company in the hopes of getting me a reimbursement from them. And it worked! My home warranty co. is reimbursing me the full amount, so thanks to Kyle for dealing with them on the phone multiple times.

I would not hesitate to use Hyper Flow again for any sort of plumbing issue and I highly recommend giving them a call if you're thinking about it.

Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! We had a leak in a pipe that flooded a basement room and he quickly identified the source, replaced the pipe and gave a thorough explanation of his services. Though I personally did not use Spartan, I was called to fix a problem that Spartan created. Spartan replaced leaky shark bite fitting on copper pipe going to irrigation system at residential home. They reamed the copper pipe and let the copper debris fall down into the piping going to the irrigation zone valves. Very careless, and preventable. I reached out to Spartan via email, and they have been unresponsive. Surprised being they have a perfect 5 star rating. One would expect they want to make right a mistake they made and caused their customer further damage and repair costs. The damage occurred same day after Spartan repaired copper pipe. It took a day for the home owner to notice the problem which he had no idea was caused by Spartan till we took the valve apart and found the evidence, and have pictures of same.

Great experience, the technician was very knowledgeable, personable and concise. Advised me on what to do in the future to save us money.

Worth leaving a comment for these guy's as service was above and beyond. In a bind on a Saturday as rental property has sewage issue across town which i cant get to. Was looking at getting a snake from Home Depot, but these guy's are worth the few extra $$$ hands down. Quick easy ordering process, was surprised (and thrilled), that they could have a tech to the property within the hour. Phone scheduler was great and informative, phoned me to alert 15 mins out and great personality. Was taken a notch higer again, with our Tech: KALEB #34-6965. He was super personable on the phone, very patient educating us as to what was needed to fix the situation. Our Tennants at the property liked him and he was able to help us out with a coupon to make the pricing competitive compared to snaking the pipes ourselves. Besides, Home Depot, the closest store was 8 miles away and rental price is not cheap. Would recommend Roto-Rooter and will be a return customer given the first time experience. Thanks guys!

This guy almost hit me and jerked his wheel towards my vehicle on the highway getting off on arapahoe rd. Then when I tried to get a better picture of his vehicle he jumped out to confront me. Please send this man to driving school because he obviously got his license from a Cracker Jack box. SMDH!!!

These guys are the worst. I paid $3600+ for a hot water heater install, including extra money for getting the water heater moved a few feet over from its original position. They jimmy-rigged the install -- with the gas line, water line and water pipes being improperly installed. Then, they did not want to properly fix it. I had to repeatedly chase them to get them look at their shoddy work. It failed the city inspection for THREE reasons! Then when they came out to look at it again, they argued that it would take even more money to properly fix it. I assumed that Home Depot would send me out a good installer, but I sure was wrong. Do yourself a favor, and look at ALL of their bad reviews.
