When I scheduled the appointment to have my water heater cleaned and maintained, I was advised the appointment would be from 1:00 to 5:00. I called at 3:00 to get an estimate of when the technician would arrive. I was told that he was running late, and would not arrive until some time between 6:00 and 8:00. I expressed my disappointment that I took vacation time to be sure I'd be home by 1:00.I then ran errands, and came home at 4:20 to find that PlumbLine had called at 3:19 and advised that since I was not home, I would have to reschedule the appointment. I then called PlumbLine and told them I was upset because they cancelled my appointment.When the technician came, he acted like he was put out because he had to come at 6:00. He was upset that there was no floor drain by the water heater. I suggested the toilet, and he curtly replied that it would overflow. I have been a PlumbLine customer for several years, and without a doubt, this is the worst experience I've ever had with them.

I initially called last week for a furnace ignitor replacement that I ended up doing myself. When that turned out to not be the actual problem, I called back this morning and they were able to get me scheduled quickly, diagnosed the issue (a faulty gas valve) and had it replaced within two hours of arriving. Tyler was friendly and professional and my furnace is working great now.

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

We called Bruce the night we discovered that our garbage disposal was leaking and our cabinet was soaking wet. He was able to come out the next day and replace the disposal. We also asked if we could get the disposal moved to the other side of the double sink since the side it was on was the smaller sink. He said it could be done, gave us a fair price and did it that very day. He and the guys helping him were very professional and got the job done in an efficient manner. We will definitely call them again if we have future plumbing needs.

Did a great job and stayed in the initial bid. Always took phone calls and when issues arose they sent a guy out immediately to make sure I passed inspection. Final trim isn't complete yet but i'm confident it will look nice.

Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!
