My furnace stopped working during this last arctic front. Tre with Cody & Sons came several hours before my scheduled appointment, and not a moment too soon.What made Tre's work remarkable was his care and consideration in his work. Tre's first response was not to replace parts until it worked, but to carefully diagnose the system and clean and clear internal lines until the system could function again. He was up front about his work and potential solutions (and the costs thereof).If Cody and Sons has more Tre's in their roster, they are a quality business.

Mario and David from Roto Rooter came down to inspect my house plumbing and did their work in a highly professional manner. They took time to firstly inspect and advised me on the dos and don’t and things to look out for. Feeling satisfied finally there were no issues detected :)

James is an awesome plumber. Our 2nd floor bathroom was leaking down to the 1st foor ceiling and it was a mess. Our flange broke and along with that, a section of a pipe.James explained to us in details how he was going to approach and fix the issue. He went above and beyond accommodatted our request, keep our indoor clean and no mess left behind. Salvador provided prompt and efficient service of identifying a cracked/leaking pipe below our house and shared videos and pictures of what he discovered. He provided me with honest and professional advice on our current and outdated plumbing and was very respectful of our time and home. Milestone was able to send someone out the same day as my initial call, which was amazing!!!! We will definitely use Milestone again for our next project.

We had no hot water and needed someone out quickly due to the water heater leaking. A technician came out in a timely manner however he was rude and wanted to charge us $2400 to replace our water heater. Next day we got a second opinion and it was just a leak in a pipe, only the pipe needed to be replaced. Thankfully we didn’t listen to this company’s technician or we would’ve wasted our money.
