ALL THE STARS!! I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely flawless from start to finish. It's Saturday evening of a 3-day holiday weekend and I think - I am doomed! I'll be sweating for days, inside my home! Nope. Cody & Sons had a technician at my house 40 minutes after I rang them up, as a first time customer. The person who answered the call was very friendly and professional even telling me it was okay to go ahead and get in their queue and if my usual guy beat them to it, I could just cancel, no problem - better safe than sorry. THEN I received a text with my technician's name and photo, plus an email with his photo and bio, and a call from him that he was on his way. WHAT! He wore a mask (because, covid) was so nice and didn't try to push for any unnecessary work or repair. This company is a perfect model for ease of use and exceptional customer service. Don't hesitate to hire them.

I called and they answered! That’s a major plus in my book.I needed someone to come tomorrow because the A.C. Will not cool in my house when it’s over 90deg. Outside and they arrived 8am to greet me. and immediately by hearing the strange noises coming from the unit outside. Went straight to work, the estimate was free and the technician were clean knowledgeable and professional. After a original worst case scenario of a 500$ charge the repair came out 100$. The Communication threw the whole experience was exceptional. I have no need to to else were for my ac needs. All I can say is Fantastic.

Henry was very informative of his job very very polite and respectable listen to my concerns and explained to me about the replacement part and went the extra duty to accommodate me in my contract agreement just a very nice young man wish him the best of success with his career and was punctual read reviews on company and personnel and its a 5 star for me thanks walker air for service .

Jason came out to look at a gas leak my wife bought to my attention. He’s was there as soon as possible and found a leak and was honest enough to tell me he couldn’t do the repairs. He called another guy Tick who came out and they both had it fixed in no time. Another great interaction with Baker Bros. Definitely recommend!

Had some difficulty scheduling leaking pipe replacement due to rainy weather. But, once things dried out, technician diagnosed the problem, took care of city permits, and the work was underway.Company was very understanding and facilitated this service beautifully!

Jake is a horrible plumber , PERIOD. Be very careful and DO NOT use this plumbing company, They have very un professional plumber who have no idea how to fix simple plumbing issue , i called another company and they fixed in one go and was surprised to see the damage jack did

Scheduled a plumbing appt for Thurs. Entire day went by with no tech. Received a call late in day from dispatch asking if we could reschedule for Friday. We selected the morning window (8-noon). It’s 4:30 pm now. We have called in several times today to get updates. Really rough customer service.We just cut bait and scheduled another plumber.
