I had a water heater problem and I called them late in the day on Wednesday and they came right out to check it out. They tech was very pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions. If I have big plumbing issue again I would certainly call them.

Used One Source Plumbing on a few different jobs we needed some plumbing work at, and let me say they our fantastic they communicate great they’re pricing is fair and honest, they sent out Danny to take care of the plumbing issues we needed fixed and repaired, I’ve called a few other times for other plumbing work they said Danny was busy that day and they had sent day out the next day Danny is the best as well as this company. We will continue to use them for our plumbing jobs.

Very professional. They came out and did a complete camera inspection of the plumbing under my house to the street. When finished they provided me a complete report showing no work was required!!!! What a relief to find out all my plumbing was fine.

These guys have gone from a dependable , knowledgeable , friendly company to one I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. In 6 months they have gone from the cream of the crop to the sludge in the bottom of the barrell. Call someone else if you need a plumber.

We called on a Saturday after 4:00pm and the repairman arrived an hour later. I couldn’t thank them enough for saving my elderly mom, she’s 86, from the Texas 100 degree heat. The repairman George was wonderful. They’ve got our business from now on.

Bobby and Kevin are a GREAT installation team. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and were lots of fun to have around during the installation. During times when you feel stressed over not having air conditioning for 10 days, a little humor goes a long way to fix everything including your AC system. They work very well together and its very nice to see people who love their jobs as much as these guys do. I feel confident I made the right purchase thanks to Bernie and Leon. And I am secure in my feeling that I will continue to have good service from this company.
