I've gone to Hooper twice now, and twice I've been satisfied. Both instances were emergency situations, and both times they did everything they could to get to me promptly. This last time, they had even made it to my house BEFORE I could make it home. Great, quick work done. The workers, Blake and Hector, were both so professional and easy going. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. I've used them twice now and I'll continue to use them. They've also, twice now, given me the best or lowest quotes for their services as well. All around I'm a satisfied customer.

I have multiple issues with Roto-Rooter. One, they never gave us any heads up (call or text) before showing up to our house. Two, we had a leak in a pipe under the side of the house that we had to shut off all our water for. We called Roto-Rooter out to give us a quote and they dug out a huge hole in the ground in our front yard and then notified us that they would be back the following day with a specialist to fix the leak. The following day rolls around (after over 24 hours without access to water in our home) and the same guy shows up (with no notice) and is literally just messing around the hole and he says he is waiting for the specialist. 2 hours later, he comes to the door and tells us so I'm not sure when the specialist is going to get here, so this is just wasting our time waiting around and my boss is telling me to leave.I took off now 2 days from work for them to just leave the job. That is unacceptable!Now we are going on 2 days with no water in our home and Roto Rooter has done nothing but hinder us getting the leak fixed, and having our water turned back on.Would NEVER recommend this unprofessional service to ANYONE!!

Worst service in 20 years. Will never use again. Had to call another plumber next day.Said he would fix drips, didn't. Told me to get sealant spray advertised on TV and tape and use on pipe.Charged $310 for what ???

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Evan, with Total Plumbing, is great! He's come out a couple of times for various things, and he's been incredibly professional and friendly. He was quick to come out and on time (actually called to see if he could come a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time). I liked the services enough to sign up for the company's membership and will definitely be using them again.

We have used Speakes twice. Once for installation of a garbage disposal, second time was a kitchen sink faucet. They are a local Garland based company. Prices are way cheaper than corporate plumbing companies. Good service and prices. Service people are local, friendly and professional. We will continue to use them in the future.

This is the best plumbing company I've ever seen.I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional.
