We have used Metro Flow many times and each time the quality and professionalism of the service are consistent. We even had an error made by Metro Flow which they promptly took accountability for and corrected. On the next visit Blake remembered and again apologized. So easy I cold in the morning they came in the afternoon I'm in the afternoon and clean out Power 1000 gallon grease trap. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kinds they were done in under an hour and left my place and it's surroundings very clean. I ended up taking the 4 time a year contract with them because I don't want to deal with it and they deal with it so well thank you one source

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

Prompt atrentive , courteous and very professional. Techs took the time to investigate and inspect and followed through with what they promised and exceeded our expectations.

Got back to us quickly and got an appointment the same day. Thought we had a leak. Never found a leak after everything was carefully checked. They didn't pressure us into anything we definitely did not need. We (an Marco) think the front load washer has an issue.

My sewer line service is completed this Sunday afternoon, and Charlie/team did a decent job.

Owner refused to give me an estimate because I left a bad review 5 years ago (they did not show on the day they promised). Who wants to take a day off work only to get canceled and then have to take another day off? So now I'M THE BAD GUY!! They could be the best plumbers ever but with customer service like that who needs them! My advice is to go find a reliable company.NOTE: SPEAKE'S REMOVED MY BAD REVIEW FROM 5 YEARS AGO!!! DON'T GET FOOLED BY ALL THE HIGH RATINGS!!

Looking to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Called to schedule an appointment. but..... Was told they were not taking any new customers!!I can only assume Cornerstone Plumbing is just too busy for any foreseeable future. WILL NOT be doing business with these folks as I start building new house next year!!!

We had an issue at our house, built in the 1950s, in which the clothes and dish washers would drain our tub would begin to fill up with water from the washers, which are upstream. Obviously a clog in the sewer line but because of the age of our house there are challenges to working with the plumbing in these old houses. John Koen has been in the business for many years and understands the differences that are inherent in the plumbing in houses built in various decades. Eventually he and his team were able to remedy the issue and clear the clog, allowing us to have clean clothes and dishes without bailing out the tub to do so.
