Hooper Plumbing and Air conditioning is an great example Of a place you’d never want to work. The way people view it from the outside of the company (customers) it may be a great company that takes care of you. Which it is the men that work there are professionals and handle things in a professional manner but they are under paid and definitely unappreciated. The company cuts their employees hours and also pays their highest paid tech a lot less than you would think. They do not pay their employees for driving in between jobs and their employees do not get commission off of anything they sell you. Most of the employees do not go home with more than $1000 paychecks a week which is very ridiculous for the work that they perform and the stress that comes from the office throughout the week. After working there for 6 years I decided it was time for a change and nothing I just wrote above was a lie. I have proof (in pictures) of my hours being cut after I turned my invoices in the following day. I also have every single check stub I earned over the course of 6 years and my hours Hardly ever matched up with how many I actually worked. One week I got paid $418.18 and I am a licensed plumber who had worked over 40hours that week, I went to the bosses and told them about what was happening and it was “corrected”…. Until two weeks later when My check was wrong again. And that’s when I realized they are steadily taking money from their employees and acting like the victim when they are confronted about it. So before you use this company please think about the men that work there and what they go though on a daily basis dealing with thieving bosses and more stress than you can imagine. I dealt with it for 6 years.

You were to expensive.So I had to pull toilet myself tech cleared drain and it still cost me 300.00 that is ridiculous.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Service was quick and prompt. The technician was cordial and professional. He got my AC working in less than a half HR.

Brad and Joseph did our spring A/C tuneup today. They were timely, courteous and very competent. I’ve used Levy and Son/Service Experts and their predecessor since 1980 and recommend their professional services to all. Brad has been our primary service tech since 2017 and is a highly qualified expert. I look forward to seeing him again.

I had a leak and called Monty. Although the leak was in the foundation, he explained what the problem was and recommended another very professional master plumber. He followed up to ensure I was ok; you can't ask for a nicer person. Honest, on time and very reasonable.

Used this company to repair a gas leak in the line coming to the house. Very professional and on time! Couldn’t be happier!
