Best Rooter Service in Dallas TX

The gentleman that came out to fix our drain did so quickly, and tidied up after his work. He was courteous, and punctual. My only concern is that although he put on protective gear when I asked him to (face mask and gloves due to COVID-19 concerns), he removed the mask once he started work inside our home. I asked him to put it back on, which he promptly did; I would ask that Roto-Rooter explain to their techs that when entering someone's house they need to keep their masks on the entire time. I have a very high-risk elderly father that I care for, and this was a very big concern for me.

Clinton came out promptly and was able to fix our disposal with no issue. Hassle free and very pleasant to work with. He was able to get it all done quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

Audi came and fixed the home. He did an amazing job. Helped educate on other issues.

Jose was reccomend by my grandfather and plumber friend for simple drainage cleaning. My home was built in 1970 and I felt a drain cleaning was necessary since toilets were flushing slow and Jose got the job done within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the cost and service! I'd reccomend him 100% for clogged drains.

It's weird to say it was a pleasure to work with a plumbing company but Adam made the process so easy. He was very honest with his findings and took the time to educate me about the process.
