Like many others do everyday, I woke up to leaking water heeater that I needed fixed today. I jumped on Google and saw the great reviews about Baker Brothers, and, gave them a call. My call was answered promptly, and, within 2 hours they had a team at my door to install a new water heater. The team was very professional, talked me through everything they needed to do, answered all my questions and they got busy. Highly recommend.

Guy was out a few weeks ago & replaced the wax ring for the toilet because it was leaking water. It started leaking water again so we called back Saturday morning. They came that afternoon & reset the toilet with a new wax ring. In addition they cut toilet studs so the stud covers would fit. They charged us nothing. It's really nice to use people who stand behind the work they do. We have used them for 10 years and they always take care of us. I highly recommend them.

We have used Speake's several times over the years and have always been reliable and professional. The only thing we weren't thrilled with the last two times they've come out they have charged for two plumbers hourly rates (100 and 60) which adds on a lot more $$$. I feel like this should be a option on the simple things like a faucet leak in a bathroom.
