Best Preventative Plumbing in Dallas TX

We’ve used Metro Flow in the past and been very happy with their service and today I had the same experience. From Susan, who I called at 9:15 am to request a technician and she had one at my door in an hour, to Kevin and Jeffrey who quickly fixed my problem and explained everything so I could relate it to my husband...the service is fast, friendly & done right. We have been having issues with our tankless water heater and decided to call Herndon McFarland Plumbing to see if they could help. They came out and checked the water heater and told us they needed to flush it out for $200, but first needed to go get the supplies. They came beck TWO HOURS later, spent an hour flushing it and then told us we have to get it replaced. Trent gave us an estimate of 24-48 hrs to hear back from them to replace it, and its been 2 weeks. We never heard from them and our water heater is no longer producing any hot water. So now we are out of hot water and $200. Thanks Trent and Jarrett for wasting our time and money.

I was looking for an electrician to repair a fluorescent light fixture in my garage that would not turn on. I searched and found Milestone. From the initial call to Scott Clark’s repair the service was excellent. I now have a bright sunny garage. Scott also took the time to discuss some other concerns of mine. My house is older. He was certified, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Thanks Milestone and especially Scott for the great job.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

They went onsite as scheduled. Plumber was very professional. He provided me with a detailed diagnosis which is very helpful. We'll definitely call them again in the future if we need help.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!

Had a back bathroom that was not draining. Did a quick search a on Craigslist and they came up. Gave them a call and they set a time same day. Later they called back and ask if they could come even earlier which worked better for me. Gus was the tech that showed up. Very professional. Did a great job and showed me the drain on camera after he was finished. I would definitely use them again in the future for clogs or other plumbing services.

Nothing compares to family owned, loved and local. Comprehensive, honest and thorough. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for yours or my contracting needs.
