Best Plumbing Contractors in Dallas TX
Called Atlas plumbing at 10 pm on a Friday to fix an issue caused be repair work from Lightfoot Mechanical. William called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to handle the problem for a cheaper price tonight and what to worry and not worry about. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Just bought a new home in the area and it’s difficult to find contractors that don’t make you pay through the nose for mediocre work. William and Atlas plumbing have earned my future business by putting the customer before profits. Hard to find nowadays!

The price was a fraction of what other companies were charging for a simple faucet installation, and it was done quickly and professionally by a very friendly plumber.

Did not even remember my scheduled appointment. They lost out on a nearly $4000 job. They say that they did not have a record of me calling so I went back to my recent calls on my phone and hit redial it called the exact Flow plumbing in Mesquite. The lady that answered said they had a replacement person in on the Monday that I called, that is after I proved it was them I called. Sorry but own up to your mistakes and try to do better people take off work and expect companies to be where they say they would be at the time indicated.

My experience w/ Jessie was stellar. Did a great job on cleaning up the mess I made trying to be a DIY’er, but more importantly was great to talk to. We talked all things sports and was happy to answer all my questions about issues that might come up and things I can do myself that are preventative. Thanks Total Plumbing.

So where to begin this was a weird call, I have a small remodeling project at home, so far I have arrange 2 other contractors to give me a bid and called this company to be one of them, every other contractor has kindly arrange to just come out look at the project and give me a pricing, this is the first time Im doing any type of additions into my house so since its only adding a new wall and a closet my budget number in my mind is 10K lets say it could be more or it could be less, I don't know because this is not my area of expertise nor I have a clue how much it could cost, thats the reason Im calling to get a bid. The gentleman who answer the phone was nice at the beginning, then he completely went off the rails asking me about how much money I have for the project, like I stated before I have 10K in my mind Im clueless if is more or less who cares, that's why Im calling to get a bid. None the less the conversation just ended by me hanging up after he started ranting that the budget was a must since they need to know how much money I have allocated, For crying out loud, Im calling to get a bid, if I say I have a 1 million are you going to charge me that just because that's the number I said, very unprofessional, definitely not getting my business (I highly doubt they want it, anyway). Just blown away by the way the call was handle. They might be great I don't know but for sure first impressions matter and this people completely blew it out of the park. Remodeling By Danny, Remodel Solutions and Cox Remodeling definitely have their stuff together and very friendly customer service. I might not use any of them but at least they are doing what you are supposed to do in the business world. Finally the beauty of google is that you can find many other companies willing to take care of you. Best of Luck.

Reuben and team did an amazing job on our plumbing project relocating sink and running lines under a slab. He was friendly, honest, and ensured we were completely comfortable with the process and expectations prior to beginning work. This dude knows his stuff and even came in clutch to do a last minute scope revision mid-project. Without a doubt, I'm keeping his number and calling him for any future projects.
