I called several plumbers in the area and had many estimates.. Ours was a small job, the service call was affordable and the person that answers the phones, Wendy.. .she's very sweet and allowed me to rattle on about what I needed.. I didn't feel rushed at all and when I didn't know what something plumbing related was called, she didn't make me feel stupid.. unlike some of the other companies did when I called them.I went with Reliable because they sent out Wes for the estimate. When I called, Wes was able to come out that same day! Let me tell you... Wes is awesome! We needed our guest bathroom faucet capped off for flooring installation, so Wes came out and took care of that for us. Then came back and not only installed my vanity but also installed my new faucet.. and changed out the shut off things below the vanity. He sat and joked with me after the job was done and told me a few things I didn't know about my plumbing.. it was great! Reliable was by far a better fit than other plumbers we have had out in the past. The next time we have an issue with plumbing, you better believe Reliable Plumbing will be coming to fix it!

I can’t begin to say how very impressed I was with reliable plumbing. It was the Friday morning before memorial weekend and my water heater went out. I had family arriving from Alaska Saturday late afternoon. I called around 7:30 am and talked to Wendy. She was so helpful, she said someone would be at the house by 1 pm which they were.....that being said, they were so timely, professional and helpful. They had the water heater fixed before 5 pm the same day and the price was so reasonable. Thank you Reliable Plumbing and thank you Wendy for all your help. I would definitely use reliable plumbing again and highly recommend!

Called to get 2 way clean outs for house. Told to find a 3rd party to dig hole. They referred me to someone who failed to show. Their telephone person at Reliable asked how big the hole needs to be. She said she would call back with an estimate. She didn’t return the call (after 4 Hours). Didn’t want my business, so I contacted another plumbing company. They sent out a tech within 2 hours. They set up the installation for the next day. Reliable is Unreliable

I could not believe the reviews when I came on here to comment as this company is the BEST plumbing company I have ever dealt with. The lady that answers your phones is an amazingly upbeat person with an outstanding personality. SO friendly and helpful. A woman that definitely knows her stuff and if she does not know she definitely will find out for you. Don't get me started on the tech that came to my home. He was mindful of my freshly carpeted entry way and made sure to protect his feet when he came in. There is no pussyfooting around with them... they get straight to the point and really handle their business. Anyone who says different needs to get a better point of view because this locally own and operated business has some OUTSTANDING qualities!!!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

Contractor who our builder used. They are great for warranty work. Wendy who answers the phone is amazing. She is smart about troubleshooting the issue and offers a solution on the telephone!

I cannot speak on there work, but I can speak on how rude they are. They cut my off in traffic, so I honked at them. The driver flipped me off. I have a pic, but I cannot upload it for some reason. Reading other reviews, it probably will not do any good reporting the guys. I'm sure nothing would happen since the driver saw me taking a picture but continued to flip me off.

Would not recommend using this company for ANY work! Wendy, the receptionist is very sarcastic and rude when any questions or concerns are brought to her attention. They are very vague in pricing when giving a quote and ended up charging us without fixing the issue at hand. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Amazing work... I currently work there... trust me my boss is all about doing the job right and having great quality work... come try us out you will be satisfied...
