Best Outdoor Kitchen Remodeling in Dallas TX

I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called and asked what the price would be before hand and the lady told me they would quote the job on site that she didn’t have pricing. (That’s dumb) I had 4 bidet’s put on and was charged $320 per hour ??. She could have easily told me the hourly charge. (So you’re welcome in advance. That’s the information scheduling won’t give you) They start charging the second their truck parks in front of your home. He actively worked for 1hr and I was charged 1hr 30mins worth of work. Thankfully I used a TV coupon which to $55 off but still. That’s insane. Storm was amazing, extremely professional and did a great job. The pricing isn’t his fault, I think you guys more than overcharge.

Called before 8 am and tech was here when they said. He had the parts on his truck and was back in business. Easy Peasy!

I have used Metro North plumbing for 28 years. Frank Mages has always done excellent work for us. Frank recently retired and sold his business to Texas Plumbing Solutions. I have asked them to do two jobs for me now, and they did excellent work! One job was a P-trap replacement, and the other was a water heater check. The first was done quick; the second was done fast, along with a thorough explanation as to why the water heater was in remarkably excellent shape. Frank Mages picked a great company to sell his business to. I will most definitely be using them again!
