WOW! What a great group of folks. I researched Dallas plumbers for leak detection and repair and selected LeFevers. Lee and William came to the house, immediately located the leak, told me that it wasn't as bad as I had thought, and quickly repaired it. First rate in every respect. Well done!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We scheduled an appointment to have a shower leak located and assessed. We received an email quoting $59 assessment fee. When the workers arrived, (one who appeared to be stoned or drunk) they stood staring at our shower. They ran no tests, and never even so much as turned anything on. After about three minutes, they went back to the truck to get some stuff, and pricing. The one worker who was NOT under the influence, returned to say it would be $400 per hour for them to run tests. This was never mentioned in the email quote we received. When we presented the evidence of the quote we were told that $59 was only an evaluation fee. How you can accurately evaluate anything without performing any actual work is beyond me. Perhaps Flow Plumbing employees psychic plumbers? Regardless, this entire organization are absolute crooks. DO NOT waste your time or money.

So far he has quoted me the lowest price for a 16 SEER Trane a/c unit. His initial price was very high, but with the price match guarantee, he beat the price to install the a/c unit provided by another a/c company. But I decided to go with the 1st company that had quoted me the price, as they matched what A Star Hear and Air quoted. What concerned me with A Star was I was initially told Trane full system would cost 7000 and coil and condenser only would be 5500. But when they saw the price of All Service Heating and Air, they were quick to match that price and even go lower. That kind of bothered me. If they really wanted my business, they should have quoted a low price, instead of playing this price match game.
