Best Kitchen Remodeling in Dallas TX

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

Every time I called Dallas Plumbing I have received quick and excellent service. Very nice plumbers. Always on time and they explain what needs to be done. Prices are good. We won't call any other plumbing service. Thank you for the great service.

We had contact work on our kitchen and they completely messed up the drains under our kitchen sink. Tyler from Baker Brothers came out and completely replaced all of the drainage pipes under our sink and replaced an old cutoff valve. Prior to the work or drain pipes kept coming loose and leaked everywhere. Now everything is tight and is draining properly. They was professional and very helpful with observations and recommendations. We are very happy with the work performed.
