Repaired burst water pipe during 2021 storm. Will was the only plumber willing to drive on the snow covered roads. He was professional and explained what needed to be done.

I had an issue where my upstairs unit wasn’t blowing cold air. Milestone came the same day which is the only plus side but even that came with a $99 service charge. The technician was very nice and after about 10 minutes of looking he said it was my capacitor. The repair cost was $425 or $775 (for a better one with 5year warranty) Not knowing anything about HVACs and being in a time crunch I just agreed to the higher option. When he went out to do the repair, after some googling, I learned these capacitors range from $11-$80 for just the part and the install took him about 20 minutes. Two things: if the “better” part is only a few dollars more expensive, why was it almost $300 more. More importantly why the heck was the labor nearly $700 for 20 minutes of work. Really wish I could have done more research or maybe asked for a cost break down, but I guess I was too trusting that a company wouldn’t raked me over the coals with repairs I had no knowledge about. Would avoid this place at all costs, literally:

Over the weekend I detected a leak under the kitchen sink. It turned out worse than just a minimal leak which is incredibly frustrating since I wasn't able to use the sink and dishwasher. I was stressed but luckily 2D once again alleviated my stress and worries. I sent a request Sunday afternoon and got a response first thing Monday morning. They had a true critical issue with another customer (flooding I believe) and completed that job and immediately came to fix mine. These folks were knowledgeable, patient and efficient. They arrived, surveyed issue and had proper parts to fix and concluded their work within a couple hours. They have all my plumbing business from here on out!

0/10 would not recommend. Wasted my time when the word insulation came up in a competitors bid and my inspection report. Wouldn't even bother to come out for other issues not related to insulation.
