Ali from metroflow plumbing was amazing. He is very honest and gave me a complete overview of the entire installation process. He also sent videos to show what was installed. He is the definition of a thorough technician and a professional that knows his work. Kudos to metroflow plumbing.

I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. If you want the job done right and you don’t want to be over charged for everything contact Sheffield Plumbing in Oak Cliff, they will definitely get your toilet/pipes or whatever your problem they will fix it and will get it working again.

I very rarely write reviews but am compelled to write one for Texas Service Plumbing. We had a leak that went unnoticed for who knows how long underneath our sink, which rotted the cabinet floor and caused it to collapse. We called Texas Service Plumbing out to make the repairs and we are so impressed by the quality of work, honesty, and attention to detail that Brandon provided to us. The temperature in my shower had been fluctuating for years. I finally got fed up with it. I had reconciled myself to buying a new heater. I thought I would have it checked first. Called Tank Yankers and got an appointment in a reasonable time. They were prompt, and fixed my issue. Turned out to be a corroded sensor and a plugged shower head. Charged me 1/10 of what I was prepared to spend on a new heater.

They did a job I needed done and did it well and timely.

They must not need any new customers, since they don't return calls. I called twice last week, leaving messages with Pam, and no one has ever called me back.

Called this company to fix a water leak in my kitchen and i got the worst business ive ever got from a company & its employees. The guy came in & took my dishwasher out to fix a leak & broke my dishwasher to the point that its not fixable. I left & went to the store & left my 17 year old son at home with them & after they so called fixed the leak...they left my dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and called me when they left & said the dishwasher was trash so they left it out. Called the guy when i got home & he said the dishwasher was trash & hes not coming back to put it in.

All the good reviews are from the staff. It's 80 degrees outside, hot in the apartments, and they STILL won't turn the AC on. If you like paying too much just to be told to go f yourself by management, this is the place for you.
