Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

I had a clogged sewer main in one of my duplexes that tuned out to be multiple points of failure in the sewer system. Jeff went out of his way to not only get the job done well, but he was friendly and respectful to my tenants - who ended up having their hallway dug up for 5 days. His pricing was fair and final bill was exactly what he quoted - although I know it went over his initial estimate. Jeff is my new go-to guy for all my pro plumbing jobs.

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

The staff at 3G Plumbing is so knowledgable and HONEST. They recently diagnosed the need for a major plumbing repair. During the repair, it was discovered that the expensive repair was not needed. They let us know.. Needless to say, we were thrilled. I highly recommend this company.

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. Adam helped me with this exchange process, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of helping with solutions to my problem. The Team finished the install and it works Great! Thank You! Was referred to them by my warranty company. Never returned phone calls or kept appointments as promised. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience after many promises not kept.
