Best Garbage Disposals in Dallas TX

Hammer from Hooper came to my house mid August and cleaned out a difficult to access drain between two sinks in my master bath. I paid $700+, but was happy my drains worked again. A month and a half later the drains backed up again. I called and confirmed multiple times that this was a warranty call and to send the same gentleman out Bc he was familiar with the drain he already worked. Hammer returned and charged be to clean those drain lines again telling me it’s “hard to warranty work Bc you can never tell if someone has a lot if hair and is going to clog the drain quickly.”I have called and my fiancée have called multiple times to discuss why I was charged and no one has returned a single phone call. I would advise against using this company as they do not stand by their work or return phone calls. I have also shared with the neighborhood Facebook page that recommended them Bc this level of service is not acceptable.

I love how Roto-Rooter was able to fix what we would call an emergency the same day that we called bc I called another company first and they advised someone could come out 5 DAYS LATER. Our tech Jeffery came out the same day and was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for any energy plumbing issue you may have.

It is unusual to share a review for a company that never actually did any work! However, I called to ask if Atlas could send someone to deal with a sewage smell coming from our master bath. Atlas had other appointments and could not get to our house until the following day. Due to the anticipated delay, Sonny gave me a tip on what I could try to mitigate the issue immediately, that would eliminate the need for him to charge for a visit and it worked!!Nice to know there are still reputable businesses out there!

My experience with them (in the repair of 3 separate issues) is that they are always on time and willing to work with your schedule on arranging times for repairs. I have always felt in my dealings with this company that the numerous plumbers and technicians were honest and fair in their assessments / repairs. I am a property manager and these folks are very difficult to schedule with and the woman there was rude to both myself and my Tenant. We needed a gas leak repair and they quoted us a repair reschedule over a week later after they missed their own appointment.

Had them out twice for unrelated work. The first time, they were thorough, efficient, and applied themselves well enough that I had them come back to do some work I was planning on doing myself. All work was done well. Since they applied themselves so well, I was able to afford to have them do the extra work that otherwise I would have had to do myself. Dakota and Andrea came the first time and Dakota and Trevor came the second time.

Bryan called 1/2 hour before my appointment time to see if it was still good for me. He said he could come early and I took him up on that. His service was prompt, efficient and excellent. He explained what the problem was and the steps needed to fix it as well as the approximate costs.He is my new “Go-To Sprinkler Guy”!
