Everyone working in the house was very nice and they they kept the house clean and completely fixed the leak. Calls were returned quickly and phone staff was friendly. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a separation in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the leak. It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

AC system is not cooling like it should. Madison performed the annual maintenance and did some troubleshooting. He identified the most likely cause, walked me through several options, and explained everything so I understood what he was saying. Barbosa was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful! Will have them back out to do duct cleaning. Very professional.

Technician Jonathan Hebert was very helpful on visit today. We had be having problems with an outdoor outlet, and he was able to get it replaced in no time! Thank you Jonathan and Milestones for always sending great and qualified people.

I don't know the names of the entire crew that replaced our A/C and Heating unit, but we're very satisfied with work.

Our water heater quit working during a winter storm. Jake, the Right Call Solutions technician quickly determined that the pilot light was out and relit the pilot.He then inspected the water heater and related water pipes and found everything to be in proper working order.In less than five minutes from the time Jake arrived he found, corrected the problem and was off to his next service call.We found Jake to be a well trained, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous service technician. Poor service, poor quality, poor workmanship,no leadership, no accountability doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and always has an excuse of why it’s not done correctly. This is supposed to be a professional company with in-house repair personnel and everyone performing the work are sub-contractors. Sub-Par work with no quality or skills. Run do not hire them.
