We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Despite the financial situation I was in and had to decline a really good offer from them. I have to admit that their service and explanations of the job were top notch. I wish I was able to pay what they were asking since it was a really good deal, but my budget wont let me do that step right now. I will contact them when my situation improves.

I am very impressed with the honesty of this company. I was told by a different company that a clean out was needed, and it would cost over a thousand dollars to install.So I called Gabe's. Gabe came out to install the clean outs at half the price of the previous quote from the other company.After he began digging he discovered the clean out was there, just buried.I had no idea they were buried and wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. He could have charged me the full price and pretended to install them, but he didn't.His entire staff has been friendly and professional. I am really impressed and will definitely use them again

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.
