AAA Auger Plumbing is really great. Twice they’ve had to come out on off hours for emergency plumbing problems. Eric and Dylan had to install a new water heater because my old one started leaking badly last night. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned everything up before they left. We were experiencing low water pressure so we called and got service right away and we are completely satisfied.

Overall service was good. The kitchen drain slog was repaired fast. No mess was left after. However, the plumber was late for 1.30 hour for scheduled appointment. No excuses for late or call were provided.

I was impressed with the 5-start ratings this company received, and I am sure these are good plumbers - when they show up. But if they don't ever arrive... that's bad.I called last Saturday, wanting to fix a leak under my (94-year-old) mom's home. The gentleman I talk to said someone would arrive on Monday between 9:00 and 11:00. I dutifully waited from 900 to 10:00... to 11:00 ... to noon... and still no plumber. So I called again; this time a young lady answered, and, after a little hesitation, said she would check and call me right back. That was more than 24 hours ago.I still need to get her leak fixed - before it does serious damage to the (pier-and-beam) floor. I am now looking for another plumber.
