I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! You don't need a commercial....word of mouth will work, and I will happily share my good experience. Thanks and God bless Maureen

I had Barbosa scheduled to check mu Carrier HVAC unit for a malfunction error 41 which says blower motor malfunction. Whenthe technician arrived he did some diagnostic and said it was the fan motor. With warranty it would be 1800.00 dollars to replace the fan motor.I had indicated to the Barbosa tech that I felt it was the board.I had another company today replace the fan motor from Carrier supply for my unit and it still did not work. The Penacrux tech checked the flow of electric to the motor and ultimately after numerous tests concluded it was in fact the board. He replaced the board and the unit is working with no errors and at a fraction of the price.

Joe Vickers was absolutely wonderful! He did top quality work and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair and very concise estimate. He was prompt and on time. Joe really put forth every effort to help us out on this commercial project. We don’t generally get contractors of this quality on our commercial work and I am so glad that we chose Baker Brothers.

We had a broken pipe in front of our hone. Robert & Sanchez did a great job. They were like detectives finding and repairing the leak. Will definitely use Rodgers plumbing again! Shirley o. The dispatch was also wonderful, responsive and kind!!

We had several pipes burst due to freezing weather. Scott originally said it would be more than a day to get us on the schedule, but when I explained the severity he got someone right over.Our entire crawl space was underwater, but Juan was amazing and didn't give up. He created a new access point, got under the house in the freezing mud/water and literally saved our house. I could not be happier with NTX and their commitment to helping people.

Very rude. I was assigned this service by Home Warranty of America when I raised an emergency ticket for a leak on a Saturday. No response thru the weekend. I called and left a message on Monday morning. No response. Called them an hour 20 mins later and asked when they would come by - they said Wednesday! When I challenged their non-response and response time, why they hadn't called back, the guy said He wasn't going to sit and listen to me talk to him and b**** at him like that.Needless to say there are many other plumbers in town!

Allowed this company to come out for a quote they attempted to find an issue with my water pressure never identified the issue but attempted to bill me with no services rendered.

The crew did a great job and was very professional in removing my kitchen island + appliances + counter top; then replacing it a few weeks later without any damage and exactly as it was before. I had a great experience with Chris as the business owner as well. I will hire them again. My only nit is that when they reinstalled one of my faucets, they rotated the orientation of the handle 180 degrees, which I will eventually need to fix.

They must not need any new customers, since they don't return calls. I called twice last week, leaving messages with Pam, and no one has ever called me back.

Had the sewage pipe backup. They came out and took care of it in about an hour. Professional and courteous. Erik found the issue and resolved it. Will recommend the services to others.
