Best Attic Insulation in Dallas TX

I originally called them to get a quote on Duct Cleaning but when they said it would cost $69 for someone to come out and quote it, I decided to go with the maintenance deal @$169 and get the quote for free since it's an older system and fall is upon us. I'm giving 2 starts instead of one because Christian, the tech, was a nice guy. To the nitty gritty: Christian said I needed to capacitors replaced @ $181 each, the system was low on coolant (he said R410a) and it would cost up to $555 with almost $200 just for labor since it would take about an hour to fill. I called a friend of my husband that used to work in the HVAC industry that still has his license (before Christian left) and he said those capacitors are only about a $20 retail value and the coolant was way too expensive. I declined all work. I then asked Christian about the cost for the duct cleaning, $3,000 is what was quoted, I declined that too. As we were wrapping everything up (paying the $169) I asked how bad my filter was. Christian said it will need to be replaced soon. I said the filter was supposed to be replaced and he said it was NOT included.... What did I pay for?

Outside faucet would not turn off. The service tech arrived and corrected the issue. He had to replace the outside faucet. I was pleased the part was on his truck.

Fantastic work!! Juan replaced a broken railing baluster and mounted an outside hose reel to my brick siding—both in the same visit. He went above and beyond to sand the sharp corners of the wooden baluster AND prime it before he installed it. Both look great. Would use again and recommend to friends and neighbors.
