These guys are the bomb. City messing with me, called plumbing & drain pros and they came out he next day found the problem and fixed it in a day with out destroying my whole yard and didn't leave a mess for me. Any and every time I have an issue now I am call them. Thanks guys.

Thank you so much for hiring people like Josh Walker, We love Roto-Rooter and will hire you for our next plumbing problem. Last time we had a plumbing issue, we called another company, they told us, they could not be here for 3 days. Then we called Roto-Rooter, and you can in about 4 hours. That is a huge difference. I had a pipe burst in the early morning and it water was POURING into my basement. I was so distraught. Waterworks came out within 30 minutes and found the problem. Within 5 minutes Brandon fixed the issue right then and there. Brandon was very professional thorough. I do not know what I would’ve done without them!

Jake and Robert answered out call on a Sunday afternoon. They were professional, yet personable and took care of our very clogged kitchen sink drain. They did a fantastic job and made sure it was done well, double and tripled checked their work before they left. Jake explained what they were doing and made sure I was informed the entire time. Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

What an excellent experience we had with this company. We woke up to a non-functioning toilet Sunday morning. After trying all the 'tricks' and it still not working, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were at our home within a couple of hours. Not only did he (the owner) repair our toilet, we needed all the shut-off valves and hoses replaced on every toilet and sink in the house, and he replaced all of it. He took care of all of that, plus replacing our kitchen faucet because it was leaking (we had not been aware it was leaking). All of this was done within a couple of hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been pricing the replacement of all the valves and hoses, and this was cheaper than what we expected...with the added bonus of a beautiful new kitchen faucet. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and we HIGHLY recommend you use them for your plumbing needs!

Very well mannered. They said 1 to 2 hours. They called 15 minutes after I called to let me know they will be here in 30 to 40 minutes. He ran an electric snake through my kitchen sink pipes and unclogged the drains. Very pleased with the whole service. Nathan, 5668, cleaned up any mess that he made. I would recommend rotor rooter to everyone . Thank you very much.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.
