First of all, I did not expect someone to show up within an hour. That in itself was amazing, but from the moment Brandon knocked on my door, he was nothing but personable, polite, professional, and explained everything clearly and confidently. He answered all my questions without seeming as though I was a bother. I felt I was in good hands and, as it turns out, I was. Thank you very much Roto-rooter and Brandon!

A competitor quoted me an outrageous fee for a same day service call on a water heater and sump pump emergency. I googled to find what turns out to be my neighborhood, multi-generational plumber. They fit me in their schedule and had me up and going for less than my labor alone would have been with the other guy. Very satisfied.

Brandin came and helped us out with our kitchen main drain and did and awesome job explaining everything to us that was going on, and making sure our line was clear before leaving

I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

Amazing service! They explained my issue and how to go about getting it fixed with me very thoroughly. They were very friendly, reasonable, and had everything fixed and working properly in no time! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again if needed. Great company!!

I used Eco Plumbers to do a kitchen remodel and they made several trips out they were on time they were courteous they cleaned up after themselves and they were a pleasure to work with. I will do business with this company again.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

It's less than a week before we close on the sale of this home, and of course we just found water leaking in our basement. I called 1-Tom-Plumber at 7AM and was able to get a same-day appointment in the 11AM-1PM timeframe! Our technician David was friendly, courteous, and thorough. The source of the problem was difficult to detect and it took a little while to figure things out. I appreciated that David started out with the least invasive (and less expensive) approaches. Ultimately he did have to cut a hole in the wall, but he only cut what was necessary and managed to perfectly center the location of the leak -- a pinpoint hole in a copper pipe. The diagnosis and repair took less than 2 hours and David did a nice job cleaning up the mess that was made. I also appreciate that David pointed out another spot we should keep our eye on for potential future issues. I thought the pricing was fair and I wasn't being sold on unnecessary extras. What an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
