Best Under Sink Plumbing in Columbus OH

My family and I had a great experience with this company. They responded to us quickly, were extremely kind and it was priced very reasonably. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an overall wonderful experience!

We had a slow drain in our tub and lots of gurgling in the sink next to it. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to get the drain line cleared before it turned into one. I decided to try DrainMaster based on the great reviews. Tina came out this morning and did a great job. Not only did she do a thorough job, she was good with explaining what she did and offered advice on how to help keep the drain clear. I would definitely call DrainMaster again.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Words cant describe how happy I am with this company. My water heater was in a closet no one wanted to touch because of how little room it has. I was quoted over the phone with just 4 pictures in 15 minutes and they got the job done the day they said they would ( one day later) . The price was about 500 dollars less than other quotes. I highly recommend this company!!

So i Scheduled an appointment for them to do 2 repairs on my shower and faucet. I researched and saw all these bad reviews. so i called the day before to ensure they were still coming, they confirmed they would be there between 9-1 next day. So i took Next day off work and no one showed for the appointment. At 1pm i called and they said someone would be there they were just running late. So i waited until 3 i then began calling again, but was getting all calls ignored until i called from a different number, the call was answered on the first attempt... They said they were still coming just running late. I continued to wait no one ever showed up and i called multiple times with no response. Believe all the bad reviews, they completely wasted my day with zero remorse or care what so ever. Now i have to set time with another company and waste another day off of work. Terrible buisiness, i will forever tell people do not use them now
