Terrible service. They tried to charge me for a “free estimate” on a water heater. I tried calling them to talk about it and they were so rude on the phone telling me it was my fault and they didn’t care and then even hung up on me when I was talking.

Marcus Greene and APEX plumbing did an amazing job!! I called ten plumbing business and no one could make it out !! Marcus came within 2 hours and got the job done in 45 minutes!

He was never pushy and provided a quote before the work started. The work was done quickly with no mess left behind and all my questions were answered. Devin also explained that Rescue Rooter does more than plumbing through thier other branches so I will be using the company for all my household reapirs in the future.

Amazing service

My waterline was replaced due to a leak between the house and street. I was explained the process to be used in understandable language. A City of Columbus inspector approved the completed work. The basement and yard were cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
