Installed a new gas line to convert existing wood burning fireplace to gas. Very knowledgeable and had zero reservations with the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

Billy and Chris arrived at my house with in the hour of my initial call. They came prepared with shoe covers and they were very pleasant and courteous. Very friendly. I was thankful to have the come out on Christmas Eve my bathroom sink had a small leak that ended up with water all over the place, when the shut off valve failed to work. I was very distraught so very close to Christmas. I was so very glad to see them. There price was fair and there work is very professional. Amazing service 100% recommend

I had them do warranty work almost a year ago and I thought the part was bad. Called to see if it was under warranty and it was not. They called me back explained this and as I was on the phone with the nice lady she says hold please. Gets back on and said owner called verified I had power vent they came out next day cleaned it for me and my hot water tank works again. Thank you.

Dave was willing to do this relatively simple repair for us(<$300) when others just wanted to sell us a whole new unit with install, warranties, etc. for $1500+ The current, albeit old unit was still in good shape and working order save for the burner thermo-coupler assembly. Jason was punctual, communicated clearly, and performed the repair in a timely manner with the expected successful result.

Mark took time to problem solve our situation over the phone, and when he couldn't, was able to make a service call within 2 days - when other plumbers told us they couldn't get to us until next week because it wasn't an emergency. He had the problem solved within an hour (one that had stumped a previous plumber) and was upfront with pricing, professional and courteous.

Rapid response to my request for a water main repair estimate. Honest communication about costs/benefits of different options for repair (did not automatically recommend the highest cost option). Crew were efficient and courteous... even took pictures with my truck-obsessed toddler on the Bobcat! Absolutely excellent experience all around.
