Trevor was most helpful and made sure that the job was done right. We were in a bind and needed help ASAP; of the three businesses we called only Roto-Rooter would provide same-day service. Not the least expensive, but worth it when we needed help now.

I was very very happy that the men showed up at my house on time,were very professional courteous did a great job, they unclogged my main drain line, they showed up even though it was on a day when we had emergency snow going on, I was very happy when they left, as we had been unable to use the toilet or any of the sinks or bathtub, it was a wonderful experience with the people who helped me I greatly appreciate them thank you thank you thank you!

Been waiting 2 days now for them to unclog main drain. Called set up appt.for monday between 5 and 9 . They called at 8:50 said the were running several hours be hind I reschedule for Tuesday between 4 and 8 . They called about 6 they said running several hours behind again and would move me to be top priority and it is now 9:08 and still no call. I would not recommend Roto rotor at all.I would give them 0 stars.

Had to call and make an appointment after 6 pm and was able to get a next day morning appointment. John came out and was very informative. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to to fully understand what he was doing and why. Would highly recommend.

They do a lot of high-end plumbing and shared some of those options with me so that I could include them in my less high-end house. Their insight and ability regarding sump pump repair, hot water recirculation so that the hot water upstairs is almost immediate, and always seeming to know the right thing to do are all greatly appreciated.

My Richmond water heater failed under warranty and Richmond made arrangements for A 3 Aces to fix the water heater when the replacement part arrived at my home. The part arrived on a Saturday around noon, and I called A 3 Aces at that time and they said they could install the part Sunday morning. Mike from A 3 Aces arrived during the time promised and quickly replaced the part and explained to me what he done. Overall A 3 Aces service was prompt, courteous in person and on the phone, and efficient. I was surprised there was no fuss about doing the work on Sunday. Based on this experience, I would recommend A 3 Aces.

I must write this review because having AHS is typically HELL when it comes to plumbing and WOW did TJ restore my faith. TJ came the very next day gave only a 2 hour window and got there the 1st min of the 2 hours and took extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. I am a pretty demanding customer to say the least and he was very accommodating. I would refer these people to friends and family and I don't think I've EVER felt that way about these companies that AHS sends out. And I have had this home insurance plan for 10+ years. I just want to say Thank you for not ignoring me and being a good tech and I will be requesting this company for all my properties‼️?
P.s He came at 12 and was completed by 1 30 that including a trip to lowes. That was lightning fast Did not waste my day or anything ??.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

I have have worked with other companies in the past and this is the best water damage company in the Columbus area.
