This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

Showed up in the time frame that I was told. Very quick to resolve the issues and at a better price than expected.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience and quality that Gary and team provided. Not only did he quickly carve out his schedule to accommodate installing my new water heater, I saved ~$400 on what I would have paid one of the bigger chain companies. If you’re looking to save money and have excellent and timely service, then you’ve come to the right place. Would recommend them and would use them again.

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Hayder was wonderful! Extremely professional, consistently made sure we were clear on what was happening and constantly asking if we had any more questions. Was very thorough in checking everything and anything, making sure everything was in order and there were no more problems. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that has an issue inside their house!

The only qualm I have is not with Hayder, but with the scheduling aspect with Eco Plumbers. The first time I scheduled I was given a date and no time, just that jt would be first available at any time that day. The second appointment, although having a very pleasant conversation with the scheduling agent (she was very helpful and nice), my timeframe that the technician could arrive in was 6 hours. It was very hard working around the timing from these!

Overall though, great experience!

Sales guy and install team were all professionals easy to work with. The installation team in particular did a spectacular job. They knocked the entire full install same day. All aspects of the system look great and well planned. Everything was cleaned up afterwards without any sign of them being there. On top of all of this they we're the least expensive of four quotes we received, by a big difference.

Got an appointment the next day after my call. Arrived within the time window given and did a great job installing my new water softener at a very reasonable cost.
